Wimmers Meat Products Inc 130

0.0/5 rating (0 votes)
Wimmer's Meat Products is the parent company for four quality sausage brands. Each brand is known for it's unique taste. We are a family owned sausage and hot dog maker who has produced the Wimmer's brand of products since 1934. In 1995 we purchased the Minnesota based Bassett brand and brought production to Nebraska. "That led us to the purchase of another Minnesota company, Ambassador." said Dave Wimmer, Chairman and third-generation owner. "That purchase prompted substantial growth, because the Ambassador brand services the Minneapolis and St. Paul area." In April of 2004, we acquired Fairbury Brand Meats of Fairbury, Nebraska. "All three brands we've purchased were family companies that believed in quality and reputation, so it's been a good match."
